If my company purchase the sourcecode, and we update it to fit our needs, is it still royalty free ?
Resolution:
Yes it is, you can update the source code and modify it to fit your needs and of course you can install the modified components to your application, all of this royalty free.
What is forbidden is to share the source code or to resell it even if you have updated it.
